A local agent who knows the bones of a house

Hi, I'm Garrett Lester — a Realtor® with Great Lakes Real Estate, born and raised in Niagara County. I know these towns because I live in them: the waterfront along the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, the streets of Lewiston, and everything that makes this corner of Western New York a place people are proud to call home.

Before real estate, I worked as an electrician — and that hands-on background means I see houses differently than most. I understand how a home is actually built, what to look for, and where the real value (and the real red flags) tend to hide. I got into this business because I genuinely love helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out climbing — one of my true passions — or working my way through all 46 Adirondack High Peaks. Climbing has taught me that the routes worth doing are rarely the easy ones, and I bring that same persistence to every client I work with.
